Courses commence at 09:30, with refreshments available from 09:00.

Every effort should be made to arrive in plenty of time to facilitate a prompt start.

Training will be completed by 16:30.

Comfort

Every effort will be made to make the day as comfortable as possible. However, as delegates have a range of temperature preferences; it is not always possible to satisfy everyone.

We suggest that layered clothing is worn, in order that you can adjust to suit your own individual need. Delegates are encouraged to dress in a manner that they will feel relaxed and comfortable during the day.

Refreshments

Lunch is provided for delegates, along with tea and coffee throughout the day.
