Since 1991, we have developed a comprehensive portfolio of technical training courses and materials to cover in-house training needs -

  • updating the knowledge of revenues staff
  • developing their technical awareness
  • facilitating the integration of a generic environment
  • supplementing NVQ and Investors in People programmes

Our courses generally consist of a core of instructional papers setting out the legal provisions and their practical applications. These are supplemented with interactive sessions to include delegates’ own considerations, case studies and practical exercises.

Local authorities buying in training expect it to match their individual needs. For this reason, we always tailor our courses and encourage authorities to allow us to incorporate their own forms and procedures into the presentations.

Documentation

All our delegates receive specially prepared summary booklets of the course content. Written in plain English, and referenced back to legislation and caselaw, they are intended as a permanent office reference.
