Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training

This course is delivered in partnership of Hull University and arvato. It is the only UK Lean Six Sigma course to offer University accreditation and is taught by a combination of world renowned academic experts and qualified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts.

This 12 day training will develop transformation leaders; people who can lead and manage Lean Six Sigma change in their organisation and deliver tangible improvements by providing hands-on experience of using all tools of the Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Upon completion of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course, the delegates will have gained:

  • Full knowledge and experience of the stages of Lean Six Sigma - the structured DMAIC methodology
  • Strong statistical analysis and creative problem solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of 60 Lean Six Sigma tools.

Our Black Belt programme is accredited by the University of Hull and carries 20 points at Masters level. To achieve accreditation, delegates must attend all modules and complete a business improvement project which is structured around real work activities and makes significant cost and quality improvements.

We also offer a consultancy service. Our Six Sigma Black Belt will visit your organisation and review a service or process and work with you to develop a range of improvements that will deliver tangible benefits.

We identify typical savings of 20 - 30%.

Our standard charge for the consultancy service is £850 + VAT per day.
